Inserting implant(s) immediately after the extraction. This technique consists of inserting an implant into the socket immediately after the tooth extraction and giving the patient a long-time temporary crown for 3–6 months during the same visit. In our case, the patient had a broken crown of the central incisor in the upper jaw.

The photography was taken immediately after the crown was broken.

This is the situation after inserting the implant and the subsequent fixation of the temporary screwed crown.

This shows the state in which the patient left the surgery.
